Shipping Method

Delivery process that we do:
1. Transactions shopping incoming collected from 12:00 pm until 12:00 pm Yesterday, Today.
2. All reservations will be processed the next day.

Shipping Terms:
- Reservations are entered on Today after 14:00 pm will be considered as Booking on Tomorrow.
- Reservations were entered on Friday before 14:00 pm will begin shipping on Monday.
- Reservations were entered on Friday after 14:00 pm will begin shipping on Tuesday.
- Delivery will begin to be processed if it is paid off payout.

Description:
- Saturday and holidays (Sunday, Public Holidays) not counted as Long Day Delivery.
- We use the services GOJEK for delivery in Jakarta
- We use JNE delivery service for delivery outside of the city that can be seen in http://www.jne.co.id/

If the Buyer / Recipient has not received his order when time Delivery has passed, please ask Delivery problems through the Contact Us page.
